Site Rules


All users of this Web site must comply with these Site Rules. If you violate these Site Rules or the User Agreement, MIT Communications may, among other things, terminate your account and delete content you have posted to the Site in accordance with the terms of the User Agreement.

1.1 Registration Requirements.
You must be at least 18 years old to register on our site. You must provide your real name, address, phone number & e-mail address in the registration process.

1.2 Inappropriate Content.
You may not post any listings, information or other content to the Site that is obscene, sexually explicit, racist, hateful, derogatory, demeaning, intimidating, harassing, defamatory, abusive, illegal, offensive or otherwise objectionable, as MIT Communications may determine in its sole discretion. You also may not post any listings, information or other content that promotes or encourages any harmful, dangerous, illegal or otherwise objectionable activity.

1.3 Items that are PROHIBITED to list or sell via our classified ad section.
You may not to list or sell the following items including but not limited to any item that is illegal to sell under Washington State or federal law. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum legal limit.

Alcoholic beverages.
Any food products, including any Meal, Ready to Eat (MRE), which is for official government use only.
Firearms, military weapons, and any military TA-50 items.
Any dangerous materials.
Cigarettes and other tobacco products.
Goods, equipment, materials or other items of any kind that are stolen or which you do not own or have right to sell.
Chemicals, pharmaceuticals or any controlled substances.
Any goods, equipment, materials or other items of any kind that infringe any intellectual property or other rights of a third party.
Any goods, equipment, materials or other items of any kind that do not physically exist.
Counterfeit materials.
Any items that MIT Communications LLC finds offensive or inappropriate.
Any goods, equipment, materials, property or other items that are not titled or located within the United States.

1.4 Classified Ad Cancellation.
Users that post ads in the Classified Advertising section on this site may cancel their order, without cost, at any time. Users can e-mail us at our corporate offices to cancel their ad at any time.

2. Reporting Violations.
Users who discover or learn of anyone violating or attempting to violate the Site Rules must notify MIT Communications by email at cs@lewismcchord.com or by regular U.S. mail at PO Box 5969, Lacey, WA 98509.
